Withoug seems to force me to use a microsoft account to use onenote which I don’t want to do as I am only using it locally AND dont want to be logging into my profile on the W8 laptop each time I use it. You can compare that version to an app version like on iOS,WP or Android that means it only works with a Microsoft account.
