
Exercising Both Sides Of Your Brain
Intro: One thing people can do that uses both sides of the brain is reading. Deciphering language involves the logic-based side of thinking but imaging the word created by the author falls on the creative side. Another good way to put your entire mind to work is to do certain tasks using your non-dominant hand. This forces you to think more about what you are doing and gives you a different perspective on on normal, daily tasks that are burned into your mind.
